From a Family Farm in Java to the World — The Story of SOU NATURE

In my twenties, I spent several years living in Java, Indonesia.
There, I met small-scale vanilla farmers who live closely with nature and care deeply for every pod they grow.

Over time, I built strong, family-like bonds with them. That’s when I felt a deep desire:
"I want to share this incredible vanilla with the world."


Recognition from the U.S. and France

After my time in Indonesia, I went to the U.S. and began sharing our vanilla with pastry chefs and craft beer makers.
In France especially, chefs praised it for its exceptional aroma and surprisingly fair price.


Bringing it home to Japan

Japan is a country that values quality, safety, and trust.
That’s why I believe vanilla grown with care, from farmers we know by name, belongs here too.
