Tahitian Vanilla Beans

We deliver vanilla directly from the source, from our own farm.

Unlike the dried vanilla commonly available in the market, maple and brand vanilla have a soft texture and maintain their freshness. The white crystals on the surface of the vanilla, known as vanilla crystals, show how fresh the vanilla is. You can also feel the richness of natural pigments when you hold it in your hand.

Grade A Tahitian Vanilla

Grown in Mama Batas Village in Papua, our rare Tahitian Vanilla is characterized by its gorgeous and delicate aroma and can be used in a wide range of applications, from baked goods to fresh sweets, and even in your everyday coffee and tea.

Premium Grade A Tahitian Vanilla

Our Premium Tahitian Vanilla is envied for its rich, complex flavor. Accounting for the top 1% of all Tahitian vanilla yields, its aroma is richer and moister than most beans. The pods can grow up to 20cm long, and are thick enough to be dried and used repeatedly. 

Grade A Bourbon Vanilla

Farm: Negara Village from Bali

Bourbon has a sweet, caramel-like flavor and is best used in dairy products such as cream, cheese, butter, and yogurt. Use it to make sweets with a subtle natural vanilla aroma.

Premium Grade A Bourbon Vanilla

We deliver the highest quality from a farm in Bali, a rare grade that is not available in Japan, and a favorite of chefs in France and Italy. We carefully select only the top grade, which accounts for only about 3% of vanilla production, and the highest grade is over 16 cm long, thick, and brown-black in appearance. The pod is thick, so it can be dried and used repeatedly. Please feel the highest quality in your hands.

Vanilla Paste

Our Kaedeya Vanilla Paste is pure, potent, and natural. Crafted with 25 organic vanilla beans per 100g, including rare Tahiti and Bourbon varieties, our paste is free from synthetic flavors and additives. Rich in aroma and loaded with vanilla seeds, it enhances both flavor and presentation. Perfect for baked goods, frozen desserts, and more.

Kyoto Matcha

Our Kyoto Matcha is earthy and rich in umami, and is packed with nutrients found in the tea leaves, such as catechins, vitamin C, vitamin E, dietary fiber, and various minerals. Best enjoyed by itself or infused with our Tahitian vanilla.
